How do I book for a cleaning service?

How long does it will take to clean my house?
It depends on a few factors including the condition and size of your home. Generally, it takes 1 hour to clean a 1-bedroom home. For an approximate duration, consider a cleaning time of 1 hour per bedroom (e.g., 3 Bedrooms = 3 hours).
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry $20M in liability insurance. We’re happy to show you proof of the same upon request. Just email us at info@maidforyou.com.au and we’ll share a copy of the policy with you.
How many people will come to clean my house?
We generally send 2 cleaners, or more, depending on the size and condition of your home. Similarly, we assign 1 team leader for the job if the property or job is small (e.g., studio/1BR/touch-up jobs). We let you know how many cleaners to expect before they arrive.

Can a Deep Clean be booked in place of an move in/move out clean?
Unfortunately, no, a deep clean cannot be booked in place of a move-in/move-out clean.
If we visit the property and find it to be empty, we reserve the right to charge our move-in/move-out cost. We go to great lengths to make sure we provide the best cleaning service for all of our clients, as such, we don’t want to compromise quality by having an incorrect service booked.
The scope of our deep clean is specifically for fully furnished residences. We utilise specialist teams for our move-in and end of lease cleaning services.
What services are not included in your deep cleaning service?
Services/tasks not included in our standard deep clean include:
