We can cover 400+ suburbs because our teams stay. MaidForYou cleaners remain with us for over four years on average, which is how we hold coverage across Sydney rather than constantly re-staffing.
The 200% Satisfaction Guarantee applies in every suburb we service, not just the inner ones. If something has been missed, tell us within 48 hours and we will return and re-clean those areas free of charge.
If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we will refund your money or apply a credit to your account. We also ask customers to respect our fair go policy, which protects both our teams and our customers.
A team of two is standard across every area. Studios, one-bedroom homes and touch-up jobs are handled by a single cleaner. Team allocation depends on the job, not the suburb.
A deep clean is recommended for a first booking anywhere we service, or for any home not professionally cleaned in the last three months. It is not a substitute for an end of lease clean.
Pricing is identical across all 400+ suburbs we service. There is no travel surcharge, no zone pricing and no outer-suburb loading.
We charge a flat rate based on bedrooms and bathrooms, starting at $154 for a one-bedroom studio or apartment, with extras priced separately.
Once you have confirmed we cover your suburb, booking takes about 60 seconds. Enter your details and we will confirm your appointment and arrival window on the same business day.
Cleaning time depends on the home, not the suburb.
As a starting point, read your bedroom count as labour hours and add roughly twenty minutes for each additional bathroom or living area. A four-bedroom house takes the same time in Penrith as it does in Paddington.
Yes, we are fully insured! Cover applies across every suburb we service. To see the certificate, email us at info@maidforyou.com.au and we will gladly forward you all relevant documentation.
If something is damaged during a clean, photograph it and send it through with a note of the damage and we will conduct an internal investigation with the team who attended. We will respond within 24 hours, and we will ideally have a fix within 7 days time.
Same-day availability varies by area. Our weekend team is smaller and covers fewer suburbs, so same-day weekend bookings need to be made by phone. Call 1300 138 892 and we will tell you what is available in your suburb.
End of lease cleans come with a bond-back guarantee in every suburb we service. If your agent flags an area within our scope, we return and re-clean it free of charge, provided the request comes within 7 days of the clean.
We work to a one hour arrival window everywhere we service. Outer suburbs are not given wider windows, though travel between jobs is factored into scheduling. You will have your window the day before and we will call if we are running outside it.
